Daily moisture readings will be taken from the ambient air, and analysis of structural elements will ensure we achieve our baseline. Through psychometric calculations, we we’ll be sure to have the correct amount of drying equipment on site and will continue to work toward returning your property to pre-loss condition.

Throughout the process, we conduct moisture mapping to establish target or baseline moisture levels by testing similar structural components in unaffected building areas. The daily readings are compiled into software that provides real-time reports to help us determine the effectiveness of our drying efforts. The same reports provide insurance carriers necessary information to determine that we have adequately dried your structure.
